Donald E. Titus Obituary
We announce the death of Donald E. Titus of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 93. Donald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Titus and Nellie M. Gramer Titus; his siblings, Emma Keener (Max), Jack Titus (Evelyn) and Ralph C. Titus (Ellen); and his nephew Gene Keener (Linda).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Julie Carlson of Bartonville, IL, Nancy Titus of Peoria, IL, Brian Titus (Irene) of Madison, GA and Kevin Titus (Ruth) of Chicago, IL; and his great-nieces, Janet Jackson (Scott), Diana Winkler (Brock), Lori Wright (Chris), Melissa Slager (Joshua) and Amanda Zimmerman (Ryan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilton Mortuary (2101 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61603). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Apostolic Christian Skylines Nursing Center who provided such wonderful care to Don.
