She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Chaney and Neva Willis Chaney; her spouse Elbridge "Ted" Turner; and her son Kirk D. Reffett. She is survived by: her former spouse Billie F. Reffett; her daughter Crystal Trail (Brian) of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Billy Riggs, Shelby Riggs, Shawn Rakestraw, Marissa Azbill, Nicholaus Trail, Anna Murphy, Katie Eastham and Jacob Trail; and her sister Joyce Johnson Jr. (Oscar) of Peoria. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to assist with expenses.
