He was predeceased by: his niece Rorie. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Hendrick and Michele Hendrick; his pet Ozzie; his children, Cameron and Charlotte; his brother Derek Hendrick (Chelsea); his niece Tannen of Kewanee; and his grandparents, Donald, Cheryl Hendrick of Kewanee, Milan and Loraine Dexter of Toulon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial Contributions may be made to "Brains Together for a Cure" who funds brain tumor research at Mayo Clinic and also organizes support group meetings.
