She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle J. Hilten and Cora I. Hilten (Leftwich); her husband Harold E. Mills; and her siblings, Harold L. (Margaret Hilten), Thomas (Mary Hilten) and Geneve H. (Gail Edwards).
She is survived by: her children, Christine S. Huffman of Peoria and James W. Peterson (Valerie) of Hilton Head. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
