She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryant Elliott, and Ethel Lee Elliott, Sr. (Starks); her former husband James L. Gray; her husband Elijah Crutcher; and her son Michael Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Gray (Julia), Ursula Gray, Nicholas Crutcher (Stevi) and Taffyell Ellis (Michael); and her grandchildren, Ryan Lee, Alyscia Dillard-Gray, Kemet Crutcher, Phaith Crutcher, Zion Crutcher, Imani Crutcher, Mykel Ellis, DJ Porter, Jaiden Ellis, Michaela Gray, James Gray, Lonnie Doss, Minnie Gray, Marcus Doss, Tywan Gray and Mianna Gray. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (405 North Richard Pryor Place, Peoria, IL 61605). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Parkview Cemetery (2001 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604).
