He was predeceased by: his father James Zolicoffer; and his nephew Treyshawn Blakely. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lewis of Bloomington, IL; his mother Bessie Mae Scott (Zolicoffer); his children, Detric Blakely, Derrick Blakely, Devin Blakely and Amira Lola Lashawn Blakely; his brothers, Jessie Zollicoffer (Marnie) of Winter Park, FL, Clifton Blakely of Peoria, IL, Timothy Scott of Peoria, IL and Patrick Scott of Peoria, IL; and his grandchildren, Calla Blakely, Amillionna Blakely, Zaidyn Blakely and Aubrielle Blakely.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Simons Mortuary Chapel (912 W John H Gwynn Jr Ave, Peoria, IL 61605). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
