He was predeceased by: his son Tim. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Voss (Werthmann); and his children, Steve (Phi Hong Voss), Connie Voss (late Tim) of Peoria, Betty (Doug Mitchell), Bill (Cindy Voss), Jane (Eric Bailey), Tom (Karen Voss), Tony (Angie Voss) and Paul (Jane Voss). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
