He is survived by: his children, Diane Irving of Lewisville, TX, Robin Lindsay (Clifford) of Charlotte, NC, George Ward, Jr. of Peoria, Brian Ward (Denaria) of Peoria and Gregory Ward of Charlotte, NC.; and his grandchildren, Katrice Briggs, Laraba Lintz, John Irving Jr., Brandon Parker, Tenesha Farmer, Jason Ward, Dominique Highsmith (Brandon), Gabrielle Lindsay, Nakeia Bennett and Samantha Ward. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
