He is survived by: his former wife Patricia White; his wife Mary Eileen Hobin (Judd); his sons, David (Cheryl) of Peoria, Robert of Peoria, Daniel (Beth) of Washington and Michael (Cara) of Edwardsville; and his grandchildren, David "Joey", Justin, Cody, Shane, Darby and Sinead. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Memorials in Jerry's memory may be made to St. Philomena Catholic Church.
