He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Kulenkamp and Evaline Kulenkamp (Denby); his wife Catherine Kleinschmidt; his sister Maude; his brother-in-law Bill Stethem; and his granddaughter Kara Gaye Kulenkamp.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Kulenkamp (Gaye) and Linda Joseph (Mark) of Peoria; his brother-in-law Earl Kleinschmidt (Cecelia) of Granite City, IL; his grandchildren, Matt Kulenkamp of Reno, NV, Katherine Schoonover (Jacob) of Jonesboro, AR, Tom Joseph (Laura) of Peoria and Kristina Rockhold (Jacob) of Fuquay Varina, NC; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Kenley Schoonover. He is also survived by his children or grandchildren.
