She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Waite and Hazel Waite (Abrams); her husband Fred Junior Neubert; her siblings, Raymond, Claude Waite and Dorothy Carter; her children, Fred Neubert (Jeanie) of Knoxville, IL, Jim Neubert (Stacey) of Peoria, Michael Neubert (Kathi) of Herrin, IL, Susan Presley (late Ronald) of Pullman, MI and Paul Neubert (Tammie) of King George, VA; and her grandchildren, Peggy Clark (Randy), Fred Neubert (Jen), John Neubert (Leigha), Peter Neubert (Amanda), Laura Amodio (Nate), Nicky Kuehner (Steve), Greg Neubert (Courtney), Joel, Eric, Kelly Neubert, Elizabeth Bazan (Tom), Jennifer Trocke (John), Paul Neubert, Jr., Daniel Neubert and Sarah Bellamy (Kenneth). She was also cherished by 19 great grandchildren.
