He was predeceased by: his father Harold O. Walters,; and his niece Jamie Timothy. He is survived by: his mother Linda Elaine Walters, Sr. (Wyatt) of Peoria; his close friend Tracy Conwell of Peoria; his children, Derrell Brown of Peoria and Kourtney Pitchford of Winsfield, MO; his grandchildren, Derrell of Peoria, Malani of Peoria and Naomi Brown of Peoria; his sisters, Tonya of Peoria, LaToya Walters of Peoria and Janice Foster of Peoria; and his uncle Curtis Walters of Peoria.
