With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Post of Peoria, Illinois, born in Saint David, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Post and Belle Post (Wilcoxen). He is survived by: his wife Grace Meister; his children, Pamela Douglas (Fred) of Dunlap and James "Jim" Post (Debbie) of Blue Grass, Iowa; his grandchildren, Amy Douglas, Jeffrey Douglas (Jenna), Heather Kohlmeier (Patrick) and Amber McCormick (Matt); and his brother Glenn Post of Lewistown. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Easter Seals or Disabled American Veterans.
