He is survived by: his mother Becky Cobb (Howell) of Peoria; his wife Tiffany Cobb of Brimfield; his sister Kassy Killey (Seth) of Peoria; his nephews, Liam Killey, Alexander, Nathaniel and Rylan Arbogast; his niece Sydney Arbogast; his brothers-in-law, Craig Arbogast (Mischele) of Brimfield, Andy Arbogast of Elmwood and Lee Arbogast (Rachel) of Orlando, FL; and his grandfather Delwin Cobb of Texas.
In lieu of flowers preferred memorials in Heath's memory may be made to SAMS (Stray Animal Midway Shelter) in Farmington, IL.
