She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Brown and Helen Brown (Weaver); her husband Earl Palmer Jackson; her son Rodney Duane Jackson; and her brothers, Delroy Brown, Warren Brown and Lawrence "L. C.".

She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Jackson of Peoria, IL, Marjorie Jackson of Woodbridge, VA, Kimberly Hayes (James "Bo") of Peoria, IL and Kristi Spruill (Larry) of Fayetteville, NC; her sisters, Margaret Rudd of Chicago, IL, Shirley White and Eliza "Odell" Burns; and her sister-in-law Martha Brown. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing and attendance limits will be observed. As the States begin re-opening in response to the Global Coronavirus Pandemic, some people are returning to their previous normal living standards.
