He is survived by: his siblings, Alex "Levi" Smith, Sr. (Barbara) of Peoria, IL, Carl Smith of Peoria, IL, Pearl Gilmore of Newport, AR, Janice Smith of Newport, AR and Gean Smith of Newport, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Simons Mortuary Chapel (912 W John H Gwynn Jr Ave, Peoria, IL 61605). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
