In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jack leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jack may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reo Ai Talcott and Gladys Talcott (Blackburn); his wife Carole Marie Dwyer; and his brother Noel Talcott. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Talcott (Nancy), Laura Miller (Greg), Amy Talcott and Christopher Talcott (Debbie). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (6001 N University St, Peoria, IL 61614). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Midwest Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
