She is survived by: her children, Kurtis Smith (Rosemary) of Gold Hill and Sheila Smith (Scott Cruikshank) of Bartonville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Quinton Schupp, Ethan Schupp, Gavin Smith, Sophia Smith and Brooklyn Cruikshank; and her sister Kay Foote of Peoria.
