He is survived by: his wife Claudie Williams-Garner of Peoria, IL; his children, Jamie Pace of Peoria, IL, Myra Garner-Hughes (Melvin) of Peoria, IL, Katheleen James of Jacksonville, FL, Richard Williams of Jacksonville, FL, Trudy Tripp (Terence) of Jacksonville, FL, Sherri Green of Jacksonville, FL, James Garner, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Renee Deshi (Sam) of Jacksonville, FL, Princilla Garner of Jacksonville, FL, Gina Garner of Orlando, FL, Claudette Garner of Orlando, FL and Arianna Lewis (Melvin) of Orlando, FL; his siblings, Dorothy (Minister Guy) of Sacramento, CA and Willie Winder Jr.; and his sister-in-law Mary Boyd (John) of Jacksonville, FL.
