James McDowell Obituary

We bid farewell to James McDowell (Peoria, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 3, 2025 at the age of 77. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McDowell and Martha Hackney McDowell; and his siblings, Myra Stambaugh and Jerry McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Rod McDowell and Heather McDowell; his grandchildren, Shayna McDowell, Dharin and D'ante Costic (Jessica Guevara); his pet Nelly; and his friend Carl Glover (Jeanne). He is also survived by his loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
