She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Johnston and Margaret Johnston (Hannon); her husband Michael Joseph Morrissey; and her sisters, Betty Phelps, Rose Mary Szidon, Joyce Shane, Jean Panczak and Helen Crooks.
She is survived by: her children, Meg Nielsen-Ritchie of Peoria, Lee Anne Coble (Brian) of Wyoming and Mike Morrissey (Deb) of Camp Grove; her grandchildren, Kelly Nielsen, Maire Kate Ritchie, Kylie Beutler (Ben), Kinsey Feistel (Alex), Bree Williams, Ricky Williams and Abbi Williams; her great grandchildren, Avery and Riley; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Euchaski and Margaret Morrissey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Haskell Funeral & Cremation Services - Wyoming (101 S Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491). Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (303 N Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491).
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Patrick Cemetery Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or OSF Richard L. Owen's Hospice Home.
