She is survived by: her son Charles "Chuck" Couch of Metamora, IL; her granddaughter Heather Couch of Metamora, IL; her great grandchild Salem; and her siblings, Kevin Huprich (Dianna) of Farmington, IL, Bob Huprich (Jane) of Florida and Jill Evans (Paul) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and one nephew.
