He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Bell and Laura Caho Bell; his great grandchildren, Emberlyn Priest and Paxon Priest; and his brother Victor.
He is survived by: his children, Jayree Bell Palmer (Martin) of Glasford, Andrew Bell (Kathleen) of Peoria and Bradley Bell (Sheila) of Glasford; his grandchildren, Andrew Bell (Bobbie), Anna Goehl (Jordan), Angela Butler (Christopher), Adam Bell, Zach Bell (Tiffany), Amanda Bell (Jason Caldwell), Alexandria Cenzer, Rachel Priest (Chris), Coryn Cenzer (Kyle Dasovic) and Joshua Cenzer (Abby Greskoviak); his great grandchildren, Aden, Nolan Bell, Xander, Emerick Butler, Madelyn, Maliyah Caldwell, Abigalyle and Hailey Priest; and his sisters, Carol Putney of Lewistown and Janet.
