He was predeceased by: his parents, Madelyn Joyce Brem and Joseph Edward Bury; and his brother-in-law Ron Hawotte. He is survived by: his children, Kelcie Stevens (Scott) of East Peoria, IL, Jesse Bury of Peoria and Lexie Bury of Peoria; his grandchildren, Hayden Fullen, Jayce Stevens, Logan Bury, Ava Bury, Olivia Bury, Ariyah Bury, Isiah Bury and Christopher Bury; and his siblings, Pam Dangler, Dave Bury (Margie) of Warner Robins, GA, Paula Keturi (Mike) of East Peoria, IL, Cindy Hawotte of Washington, IL and Mark Bury of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Church (2254 Hollands Grove Rd, Washington, IL 61571). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 629 E Lake Ave, Peoria, IL 61614.
