He is survived by: his siblings, Stephan Bolte (Mary) of Chicago, IL, Martha Bolte of Chillicothe, IL, Joseph Bolte of LaSalle, CO and Janet Cyr (Daniel) of Charlotte, TN. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews and two great-nephews.
