He is survived by: his wife Lynne Costic; his children, Jeff Booker of Long Beach, CA, Michael Costic Sr. (Laura) of Peoria, IL, Aric Costic (Tammy) of Texas, Kendrick Davies of Peoria, IL, Carlita Faulk of Sacramento, CA and Garlan Duncan of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Jackie McKinley, JoAnn Coats and Michael Welch; his sisters-in-law, Irma Costic of Peoria, IL and Barbara Welch of Peoria, IL; his close friends, Johnny Horton of Peoria, IL and Louis "Buddy" Bond of Peoria, IL; and his foster sisters, Vachon Denise Davison (Fred) of Peoria, IL and Sandy Houston of Denver, CO. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews, other family and friends.
