We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 68, Jerome R. Armstrong of Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ryal Edward and Elizabeth Ann Armstrong (Jerome) of Peoria; and his sister Ann Armstrong. He is survived by : his wife Sally Jo Ott of Peoria; his children, Amanda Winkler (Matthew) of Metamora, Zachary Armstrong (Amy) of Peoria and Jeremy Armstrong (Carrie Young) of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Bjorn, Brynn Winkler, Alexandra Armstrong, Ava Jo and Olivia Armstrong.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
