He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hawksworth and Helen Hawksworth (Reed); his brother Donald Hawksworth; and his great-niece Brianna Williams. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Butler (Robert) of Metamora Illinois; and his sister-in-law Roberta Hawksworth of Peoria Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Henry Cemetery.
