He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillip and Rose Guarrine (Sciortino). He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Guarrine of Peoria; his daughter Jamie-Rose Guarrine (Karl Knapp) of Amherst, MA; and his siblings, Greg Guarrine (Rose), John Guarrine (Anbern), Patrice Prescott (Bob) and Rosemary Remus (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
