He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kendall and Eva Kendall (Rynearson); and his wife Dorothy Malanaphy. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Koehler (Dennis) of Princeville, Gregory Kendall (Jannette) of Dunlap, John R. Kendall of Peoria, Stephen T. Kendall (Molly) of Champaign and Cynthia Kendall of Chicago; his daughter-in-law Kathi Kendall of Chandler, AZ; his brother Dean Kendall (Jenny) of Washington, IL; his sister-in-law Linda Kendall of Bartonville, IL.; his son Tom Kendall; his grandson Wesley Koehler; and his siblings, Doris Hornung, Nancy Soria, Frank Kendall and Jerry Kendall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials in Jack's memory may be made to American Legion Post 1078 in Dunlap or Alzheimer's Association.
