He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. McSherry and Myldred E. McSherry (Hogan); and his siblings, Charles T. Jr. (Jerry), Elizabeth and Terese.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Mary Theisen; his children, Brian (Mary), Cindy, Kevin (Kimberley), Patrick (Kim), Janine and Lisa; and his great grandchildren, Michael (Holly), Brandon, Nellie, Emma, Ryan (Courtney), Anne (Anthony), Kelly, Kyle, Cam, Ben (Ali), Nic, Tyler, Adeline, Ava, Aspen, Coulson, Thatcher and Jett.
Preferred memorials in Jack's memory may be made to Women's Care Center or OSF HealthCare Foundation, both located in Peoria.
