He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Henry and Margaret Elizabeth Schleich (Foley); his siblings, David Schleich and Marie Godsill; and his nephew Kevin Godsill.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann of Peoria; his brother Emmett (Connie Ogden) of West Peoria; his niece Amy Capie (Kevin) of Peoria; his brother-in-law Brian Lasher (Rose); and his cousin Vince Foley.
