He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slomba and Jennie Slomba; and his sister Helen Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, John (Lisa) and Mike (Sonia); and his grandchildren, J. J., Kristen, Alex, Patrick Slomba and Timmy Smith.
Memorials may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
