We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 90, Joyce Ann Scurlock in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Brown and Gladys Brown (Randall); and her husband Frank Scurlock. She is survived by : her children, Debbie Cowie of Marquette Heights, Sandra Scurlock of Washington, Frank "Newt" Scurlock of Spring Bay and Charles Scurlock of Washington; her grandchildren, April, Jason and Colton (Shanna); her great grandchildren, Emily and Saylor; and her close friend Bonnie Burroughs.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
