She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Louis and LaVonne C. Emert (Rouleau); and her husband William G. Burton. She is survived by: her siblings, Lisa Emert of Peoria, Randall Emert, Sr. (Dianna) of Peoria and Burleigh Emert of Peoria; her stepsister Diane Maddox (John) of Peoria; and her pets, Oliver and Mia. She is also survived by two nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
