With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy L. Oakford of Peoria, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank A. Little and Ruth Little; her husband Arthur Oakford; her daughter Betsy Hamilton (Tom) of Mesa, AZ; her sons-in-law, Steve Anderson and Mike Champion; her brother Frank Little (Gail) of Houston, TX.; her daughters, Lynne Anderson, Susan Champion and Kitty Miller; and her siblings, Dennis Little and Jane Little Milliken. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
