With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Ann Brown (Peoria, Illinois), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Doyle Brown and Dorothy Thompson-Early; her husband Morris Howard; her children, Lashanda Brown, Bernisha Scott and Tiffany Scott; and her siblings, Mikeren D Turner Jr., Steven Thompson Sr. (Alice), Dennie Brown (Kenya), DeSean Brown, Gary Brown, Tim Butler, Teresa Turner, Carolyn Aguster (Dennis), Lynette Coates and Will Arthur Moore. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church (1505 W Martin St, Peoria, IL 61605). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
