She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Mansfield and Alpha Mansfield; her sister Norma Horton; and her grandson Michael Joseph Crowley. She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Kerrn of Peoria; her children, Pennie Crowley (Brian) of Peoria, Karen Whalen (Tom) of Peoria, Ted Kerrn, Jr. (Diane) of Puryear, TN, Robert Daniel Sturm of Wyoming, IL and Jodie Bauer of Wyoming, IL; and her siblings, Michael Mansfield of North Carolina and Many Ann Montgomery of Sarasota, FL.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Kathy's memory may be made to the Loaves and Fishes at First United Methodist Church Downtown Peoria.
