Kay F. Welch Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay F. Welch of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay F. Welch to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Lee and Eva Shortridge; her son Arthur Welch III (Jodi) of Bloomington, IL; her grandchildren, AJ Welch IV of Bloomington and Nicole Richmond of Springfield, IL; her brothers, Terry Shortridge, Kenny Shortridge (Tracey), Greg Johnson (Mauri) and Glen Shortridge; her friend Crooks; and her sisters, Linda Shortridge and Joyce Shortridge. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews and family and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing is encouraged.
