He is survived by: his father Richard Kohtz of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Ashley Kohtz (Joshua Hansen) of Creve Coeur, IL and Jesse Swanson of Washburn, IL; his niece Sophie; and his grandmothers, Brigitte Kohtz of Peoria, IL and Kay Courtway of Spring Bay, IL.
