She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Milton; her husband David Pulfrey; her mother Beverly Davis (Chittum) of Peoria; her brother Gregg Chamberlain of Olive Branch, MS; her stepchildren, David and Amy Pulfrey; and her aunt Carol Gleason (Lloyd Force).

Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association.
