He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Carroll and Dorothy Carroll (Gatson). He is survived by : his wife Millicent Glass; his daughters, Lori Cluney (Curt) of Chillicothe and Stacy Arnold of Peoria, IL; his grandchildren, Morgan Beal (Sam Zuleger), Collin Beal, Brevin Arnold, Matraca Arnold and Trenton Arnold; and his brother Donald Carroll of Lakemoor, IL.. He is also survived by his family, attending his kids and grandkids.

Memorials in Ken's name may be made to the Make-a-Wish Foundation in Peoria or T.O.U.C.H. in Peoria.
