We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Lael E. Boerckel of Peoria, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira C. Haggerty and Lael J. Haggerty (Ebbe); her husband Robert B. Boerckel; her brothers, Phillip and Charles Haggerty; and her granddaughter Jill.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Robert "Scott" Boerckel (Carol) of Normal, Jim Boerckel (Kathy) of Zeeland, Ritch Boerckel (Kimberly) of Peoria and Joy Unseth (Joe) of Dunlap; her brother Jim Haggerty (Colleen) of Elmwood; and her sister-in-law Carol Haggerty of Morton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bethany Baptist Church Missions Fund.
