He is survived by: his father Larry Dillard, Sr.; his wife Raynell Dillard; his children, Alphonso Dillard, Ivan Dillard, Landyn Dillard (Damara Dillard), Lasashai Dillard (Vernon Jackson), Sanashai Dillard and Laricia Dillard; and his siblings, David Dillard, Robert Dillard, Danny Dillard and Yvetta King. He is also survived by grandchildren, close friends.
