We bid farewell to Lisa Hofmann (Peoria, Illinois), born in Mackinaw, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 23, 2024 at the age of 40. Lisa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her father Henry Hofmann; and her sisters, Brandi Gilli and Mary Whitehurst. She is survived by : her mother Vicky Hofmann; and her siblings, Scott Hofmann, Renee Murphree, Michael Hofmann and Ann Sinn (Hofmann).

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Imago Dei Church (2221 N Gale Ave, Peoria, IL 61604).
