Juliet, TN and Mia Guyton of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Leroy Mack (Winnie) of Peoria, IL, Austin Mack of Peoria, IL, Charlie Mack (Esther) of Peoria, IL, Marvin (Gail) of Las Vegas, NV, Kenneth Mack of Peoria, IL, Margaret Ann Allen of Peoria, IL, Geneva Mack of Peoria, IL and Carrie Givens (Ron) of Peoria, IL; her caregiver Demetria Alexander; and also Yolanda Riley of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
