Carr and Irma "Tina" Carr; her sister Alice Roberts; her grandchildren, Michael Maurice Washington and Christy Carr-Randle; and her great grandchildren, Fester Moore and Terri'je Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Carr of Peoria, IL, Michael Carr of Milwaukee, WI, James Carr of Milwaukee, WI, Barbara Lewis (Devear) of Peoria, IL, Terri Boyd of Peoria, IL, Wadondra Simmons (Wayne) of Peoria, IL and Dorothy Carr of Tampa, FL; her brother James Meeks (Ethel "Liz") of Peoria, IL; Kyle Pernell. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
