With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret L. Hucal of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Margaret may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Koehler and Cathryn Koehler; her husband Michael Hucal; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Hucal. She is survived by: her children, Michael Hucal (Jean) of Bartonville, IL, Steven Hucal (Anastasia) of Edwards, IL, Susan Clarke (David) of Peoria, IL, Peggy Rupiper (Richard) of Henry, IL, Becky Pare (Rick) of East Peoria, IL and Timothy Hucal of Washington, IL. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
