She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Latham and Hazel Latham (Heyl); her husband Louis Cardinal; her son Mark Cardinal; and her brother Francis Latham.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Lusk (Marty) of Leawood, KS, Teresa Burke (Tom) of Dunlap, IL and Chris Cardinal of Peoria; and her grandchildren, Rachel Lubold, Kara Davis, Lindsey Moll, Courtney Seacat, Ashley Fagan and Ryan Burke. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
