He is survived by: his children, Steve Henry, Antonio Williams, Cory Williams and Lenora Williams; and his siblings, Brad Carter, Belinda Carter of Chicago, IL, Cherry Carter of Chicago, IL, Doris Carter of Chicago, IL and Tonya Carter (Dave) of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
